Aleppo is a go-to spot for our family, especially for small events. The food is delicious and fresh (slightly dry at times, but still good), the atmosphere is nice, prices are reasonable, and the customer service is fantastic. The interior could be more upscale and spacious to match the food presentation, and the bathrooms need better cleanliness. Best part: halal.

This was my first time dining at Aleppo, and it certainly won’t be my last. The shawarma was exceptionally flavorful distinct, tender, and truly memorable. What elevated the experience even further was the outstanding service from the moment we walked in until the moment we left. A special commendation goes to the floor manager, Mr. Abdul, whose professionalism, attentiveness, and warm hospitality set a standard many restaurants aspire to. He ensured every detail was handled with care, making the entire visit feel seamless and welcoming. Aleppo delivers not just a meal, but an experience. Highly recommended for anyone seeking authentic flavors paired with top tier service.

The food is good in general. Portions are good, quality above average, presentation below average, the mixed grill came stacked on top of each other, so the tastes and smells were all confused. None of the staff was related to Aleppo or Syria, or Arabic at least, so they lack the sense of taste of the food. The meat, kebab, and chicken are good. The hummus and moutabal not so much. The side fries is good. Very limited selection of non-alcoholic drinks. Summary: yes go there, try it, nothing fancy but good in general.

I called Aleppo Kebab at 2:35 PM to place an order for the Aleppo Mixed Grill for 6:00 PM dine-in. We arrived early at 5:00 PM with three kids under 7. The manager (lady with glasses) was unwelcoming and hesitant to seat us despite the advance order. At 5:35 PM I asked for fries early since the kids were hungry. Nothing came. I reminded them again at 6:00 PM and the fries only arrived at 6:30 PM, after iftar. Meanwhile, other tables who arrived later were served their meals while our order never came. After multiple follow-ups and over 2 hours of waiting, we cancelled the order at 7:10 PM, paid for the fries, and left without dinner. Given the earlier disagreement about seating, it genuinely felt like our order was intentionally delayed. What was most disappointing was the complete lack of accountability from the staff. A very poor experience, especially with young children during Ramadan.

Shahd helped us, she was so helpful and talked to us in Turkish. This is the second time i came here and i am happy. The mixed kebab was flavorful, and the meze plates arrived right after we sat down fresh and nicely prepared. The staff were genuinely warm and respectful, which made the busy 8 pm crowd feel more manageable. Arabic music and family groups created a lively, authentic atmosphere, though it’s not a spot for long, quiet dinners. Clean washrooms and fair prices (around $45 for two, tip included) made it a pleasant experience overall. Best for a casual evening meal. Overall: ★★★★☆ (based on my Food-Value Harmony Score)
