About Turkish Dining

Turkish Dining is an independent editorial guide to Turkish cuisine in Canada — restaurant city guides, recipes, food history, and travel stories from Anatolia to the GTA. We launched in 2026 and publish from Toronto.

Our editors have collectively spent over forty years writing about food across Canada, Turkey, and the Mediterranean. We are not affiliated with any restaurant, brand, or food group.

Partnership opportunities

We are selective about partnerships. We do not accept paid placements in our city guides or recipes. We do accept:

• Sponsored editorial series, clearly labelled
• Branded content collaborations with cultural institutions and tourism boards
• Recipe development partnerships with ingredient producers (with editorial independence)
