Located heart of North York, Me and My husband absolutely loves this place, specially my husband I think he could eat here every single day! The portions are generous, the food is fresh and full of flavor, and the people who run it are just wonderful. It’s a real family-run business, owned by a hardworking Turkish family who put their heart into everything they do. I always joke that they might as well adopt my husband, he’s there so often 😄. If you’re looking for a great spot for lunch or dinner that’s delicious, down-to-earth, and not the least bit pretentious, this is it. You can truly feel the warmth and honesty behind the food and the people. Highly recommend!

People working there were very nice, gave me some free potatoes which we amazing. The sauce for the potatoes was sooo good. Got a chicken wrap which was expensive, but you get a big wrap so its worth. The wrap itself couldve been more toasted, but flavour was good.

The food was delicious and the serving quite hefty, maybe good for two people. The service was exceptional. We are grateful for the complementary baklava they served us (which, btw, was the best). It was very thoughtful of them. My family highly recommends this place.

I’ve been to Taksim Doner several times and each visit has been a great experience. The döner is very flavorful, with well seasoned meat that’s neither too greasy nor dry. The portions are generous and filling. The ingredients taste fresh the service is fast and the staff are friendly and attentive. The place is clean and well organized and even during busy hours the quality stays consistent. Overall, it offers excellent value for the price. If you’re craving a really good doner, this is definitely a place I would recommend. I’ll absolutely be coming back.
