I eat at Sultan very often, and this time I tried this location. It was around 4:30. The staff weren't very friendly; they were more in a hurry to finish and leave. As for the food, it still tasted good. At the end, I politely asked the girl if she could add hot sauce. She made a face, said okay, and uncapped the plate to add it, but she squeezed the bottle too hard, and there was too much hot sauce in the food, which ended up ruining it.

Visiting Sultan’s Mediterranean Grill in North York Centre was a solid choice and passed all expectations for a spot located in a food court. The food stood out with the chicken Shawarma and chicken-beef mix tasting great without being spicy, and instead letting the fresh meat shine. The veggies and salad were crisp and tasty, and the tahini had a nice flavor that wasn’t bitter at all. The portions were big, and the prices were not expensive at all for what you get, which was a pleasant surprise. The cleanliness and quality of the food were top-notch, and the service made it even better! Edith was super nice and helpful, making us feel right at home. It’s easy to see why this place gets such high ratings. everything from the fresh ingredients to the friendly staff and clean environment is spot on. I highly recommend checking it out if you’re nearby; it’s a great spot for some delicious Shawarma

I’ve ordered from this restaurant several times — falafel, Too Good To Go orders, and today a chicken dish with vegetables. Overall, I’ve been very satisfied. There were a few days when the food wasn’t as fresh, but in general the quality has been good. The main reason I wanted to leave this review is Pema. She is incredibly kind, warm, and friendly. Honestly, sometimes I come here just because of her. We always end up laughing, and she truly makes my day better. Thank you to the restaurant, and especially to Pema. I hope she gets the recognition she deserves.

I do not recommend this place at all. I ordered a beef sandwich; the meat had been sitting on a plate,and it was neither hot nor fresh-it was also somewhat undercooked. The lady working there was also not friendly.

The food and portions are good. However even tho I ordered a combo I had no fork given to me. The food is worth trying but be aware the service can be 50/50 the lady workers were good..but the older Asian gentleman was acting a bit strange.
