We had a reservation and were seated almost immediately, which was a great start to the evening. The customer service throughout our visit was excellent, and our waitress was friendly, attentive, and professional. We ordered the family platter for five people, and when it arrived, it looked absolutely amazing. Unfortunately, some of the food didn’t live up to its presentation. The lamb chops were undercooked, while some of the kebabs were overcooked. We mentioned this to our waitress, and she sincerely apologized multiple times. She went above and beyond to make things right by having the kitchen prepare an entirely new family platter and even included fresh naan, which we really appreciated. The piña colada was one of the highlights of the meal. it was incredibly fresh and delicious. We were also served fresh tea, with baklava at the end of our dinner. Overall, we had a good experience thanks to the outstanding customer service and how the staff handled the issue. My only suggestion would be for the kitchen to pay closer attention to the food before it leaves the kitchen and avoid rushing the cooking process. With more consistency in the food, this place would easily deserve five stars.

Sultan Ahmet never disappoints! The food was absolutely delicious, and every dish was full of authentic flavor. The mixed grill platter was generous with perfectly grilled, juicy meats, flavorful rice, crispy fries, and fresh vegetables. The meat was tender and well-seasoned. We also tried the Turkish pita with meat and cheese, and it was fantastic—crispy, cheesy, and packed with flavor. Everything tasted fresh and was served hot. The portions were very generous, making it great for sharing with family and friends. The restaurant was clean, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the staff were friendly and attentive. If you’re looking for authentic halal Turkish and Middle Eastern cuisine, Sultan Ahmad is definitely a place you should visit. Highly recommended, and I’ll definitely be back!

Good vibes. Delicious food. Doner is good, adana kabab is superb. Fresh warm bread is very nice. Servers are welcoming. A bit smokey inside from the grill, but nothing too bothersome. Owners are South Asian The chef is Turkish, hence the food is of Turkish flavor.

The food was delicious, but it was quite fatty. Even the bulgur was oily, which made the meal feel a bit heavy. The restaurant itself was nice, and the service was good. The dessert was the highlight of the meal. I tried milky baklava for the first time, and it was absolutely delicious.

The first time I visited was for their iftar buffet during Ramadan. The place had a really nice Ramadan vibe and it was completely packed, which I expected. However, the first impression from the host at the front was not great. I tried to ignore it because I understand that it can get overwhelming when the restaurant is busy. Food-wise, there was a decent variety of dishes. Some items were okay, but overall the food didn’t feel very fresh to me, like it wasn’t necessarily made the same day. The buffet line was also extremely busy, which made the experience a bit stressful. What really ruined the experience was the service. Our waitress only came to our table once, and that was just to tell us that there was a one-hour limit, that we needed to pay, and that they needed the table. We felt rushed the entire time and didn’t even get to sit for a full hour. I understand that restaurants can set time limits when they are busy, but usually it’s around two hours on busy nights. Being rushed like that, especially during iftar, made the whole experience very disappointing. Overall, it was a pretty horrible experience for us.
