We had a wonderful dining experience! We ordered a platter so we could try a variety of Turkish dishes, and everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. The portions were generous, and every item we tried was delicious. The restaurant also had live music, which created a warm and lively atmosphere and made the evening even more enjoyable. A special thank you to our server, Hamyd, who was friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome throughout our meal. His excellent service truly enhanced our experience. Highly recommend this restaurant if you're looking for authentic Turkish cuisine, great service, and a fantastic atmosphere. We'll definitely be back!

Best Turkish food in Richmond Hill period. I’ve been to Saray multiple times now, and they consistently nail the food quality and customer service. The interior is super cozy and inviting, and you absolutely cannot skip the bread and dips—they are incredible. The only reason I’m knocking off a star is the layout of the shareable platter. It’s marketed for 4+ people, and while there’s definitely enough food to go around, most of the actual meat and items come in sets of 2. It makes it really awkward to share unless you want to awkwardly cut everything into tiny pieces yourself. I actually missed out on trying a few things because my friends grabbed them first. With a rough price point of 21 dollars per person if you are sharing with 3 other people, I would expect everyone to have the same opportunity with variety. Honestly, the food is fantastic, but if you're a bigger group, just be ready to fight over the skewers or order a few extra sides!

Amazing restaurant. We ordered their mixed meat platter and it was delicious and excellent- specially the lamb chops and adana meats. Samira our server is excellent, friendly, and is very accommodating and attentive to our needs. Place also has plenty of parking. We had a great time at this restaurant. I am very happy with my dining experience. I highly recommend this restaurant. 5/5 stars.

This was my second time here, and once again the food was amazing — truly authentic Turkish flavors. Samira, our server, was great: very friendly, caring, and respectful. The first time I visited, I hosted a private birthday party here, and everyone was incredibly welcoming and accommodating. The owner, Reza, is a really nice guy. He stayed until the end of my birthday celebration to make sure everything went smoothly and that we were well taken care of.
