My experience at Kebab Land made me feel like this would be my first and last visit to this restaurant. When we first walked in, we really liked the warm and stylish atmosphere. However, a young man who seemed to be either the owner or the manager gave me a very uncomfortable and heavy look. As an Iranian, I wanted to greet him, but his behavior was not friendly at all. My friends had the same experience and also noticed how uncomfortable his attitude was. It reminded us of some luxury restaurants in Tehran expensive food in a fancy space, but with unfriendly looks from some people and even staff. The food prices were quite high, and a mandatory 15% tip is automatically added to the bill. Even if you are not satisfied with the service and want to leave less or if you are very happy and want to tip more, you can’t. Everyone is charged the same 15%, which doesn’t feel right. The restaurant’s decor is beautiful, warm, and stylish, and the food served and tasted good. However, considering the uncomfortable attitude we experienced, the very high prices, and the slow service (even when it wasn’t busy), I wouldn’t choose to come back.

Amazing experience at Roses Kebab Land! The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The kebabs were tender and well-seasoned, and everything tasted authentic and high quality. The service was outstanding as well. Our server, Arash, was incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional. He made sure we had everything we needed and really added to the great experience. The atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable, making it a perfect place to enjoy a great meal. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for amazing food and excellent service!

This was my second time here, and it was just as amazing as the first! The food was incredibly delicious - everything was perfectly cooked, fresh, and full of flavor. You can really tell they care about quality and presentation. The service was also excellent. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience very comfortable and enjoyable. Overall, everything was fantastic. Great food, great service, and a great atmosphere. I'll definitely be coming back again.

I recently hosted a business lunch with my colleagues at Roses Kebab Land. The restaurant has a nice setup — clean, modern, and welcoming — which made a good first impression. We ordered a mix of dishes, and I had the lamb shank, which was average in taste but smaller in portion than expected. It feels like the pricing is more for the ambiance and presentation than the food itself. We orderd Koobideh and Shishlik as well, both of which came amazing in terms of presentation, however, again the taste was really average for the hype. One disappointment was the service — it was surprisingly slow even though it was lunch time and the place wasn’t busy at all and most of the servers were either sitting around or chatting. We also ordered the fish, which was said to be boneless, but it actually had many tiny bones, making it hard to eat. Overall, it was an average experience. For the hype both the quality and quantity did not play up well. Although, the decore and atmosphere is really nice and modern, but the food and service didn’t really live up to expectations, especially for a business lunch.
