I rarely leave negative reviews, but this place truly earned it. The space is cramped and uncomfortable. Unfortunately, the food is even worse. The hummus has the texture of a damp towel—genuinely unpleasant—and every meze tasted like a cheaper, sadder version of something you’d pick up at No Frills. When grocery-store dip is ten times better than what a restaurant serves, something has gone seriously wrong. Even the çiğ köfte somehow managed to be worse, with a gritty, sandy texture that made it quite unpleasant to eat. The drinks were a letdown too. The Coke tasted like someone mixed a splash of cola syrup into plain, flat water. We also ordered şalgam to go with our rakı—an absolutely basic pairing for a restaurant with this concept—and it arrived in an already-opened, half-full bottle. Completely unacceptable. Actually, when I last went there about two years ago, this place was ok. Looks like since they moved upstairs, things have taken a steep downturn. No major complaints about the staff, but the overall experience—from cramped space to terrible food and questionable beverage service—was a complete miss. All this was not cheap either. I strongly suggest avoiding this place. Definitely not worth the price.

Great Turkish restaurant! The food was very delicious and authentic, and the staff was polite and friendly. It reminded me of the wonderful time I had in Istanbul. Highly recommended!

Absolutely amazing costumer service and food. Visited here for a friends birthday and our server sema took great care of us. The restaurant was empty due to the weather however the manager was super kind enough to not ask us to leave. We ordered some appetizers, they tasted fresh and delicious, we got mains as well and everything was hot, fresh and tasted great. We ordered baklava for desert and kazandebi. The atmosphere was beautiful, they also have live music. But most importantly was their costumer service and how welcoming they were, the manager and dear server sema were amazing. Definitely recommend this place

Came here with a few recommendations and given good reviews I was hoping for pleasant evening. Maybe it was a one off, the atmosphere was live on Saturday night.. but service was not there, with delayed response and food was coming out at different times.. it is not a restaurant. They serve good food but the service just makes it a bar feel and not restaurant. The live music and the bad were rocking. That's a big plus.

Went out on a Saturday night, got a late reservation but still got a table. Was quite packed and there was live music for a good hour or so. The atmosphere was nice but the food was okay and the service was as well. Wouldn't recommend coming here if you're actually hungry, it's much better to come here for appetizers and drinks. Bought the lamb shish plate because I was hungry and the saddest plate was placed infront of me. No salad, just rice, 2 skewers, 2 grilled tomatoes (that I didnt even eat) and a singular grilled pepper. The lamb wasn't nicely cooked so it was very gamey and chewy. Overall was a one time experience but I will never come back here.
