We visited on a Sunday morning and ordered Meryem Hanım’s breakfast for two ($99.99), although we were three ladies. First of all, the food was good and flavorful, and honestly, it was more than enough even for the three of us. There were so many nice options to choose from, and everything tasted fresh and well-prepared. We were also welcomed with Turkish tea when we sat down, which was a lovely touch. However, the service unfortunately did not match the price point. It took quite some time for the server to come and take our order, and it was difficult to locate her as she seemed to be the only one serving all the tables at the beginning. At the end of our meal, we also had to wait a long time before she appeared so we could ask for the bill. One thing that would have really improved the experience would be fresh, hot bread. The bread served was cold and, compared to the rest of the items, did not feel as fresh. Also, it would have been more convenient if each dish had its own serving spoon so guests wouldn’t need to use their personal forks for all the shared plates. There were also several major issues that affected our experience. The washroom was out of service, and guests had to use the staff washroom, which unfortunately did not have a lock. Additionally, during our breakfast, something seemed to be coming from the ceiling fans or ventilation that made my eyes burn and gave my friend a headache — possibly an issue with the kitchen ventilation system. On top of that, when we left, all of our clothing smelled strongly of food, which suggests the ventilation may need improvement. To be fair, the owner came to our table, explained the situation, and kindly offered us Turkish coffee, which we appreciated. Overall, the food quality was good, but when paying around $113 for breakfast, the service, ventilation, and facilities should reflect that price. If you’re not a fan of items like jam, Nutella, or some of the smaller dishes, it might be better to order individually to avoid food waste.

We had the most amazing brunch here! From the moment we walked in, everything felt warm and welcoming. The food was absolutely incredible fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Every dish tasted authentic and perfectly balanced. You can really tell they use high-quality ingredients. We tried a mix of traditional Turkish brunch items and everything was spot on. The bread was fresh, the spreads were delicious, and the tea just kept coming exactly how a proper Turkish brunch should be!

Good food. The Menin (very runny scrambled eggs with lots of tomatoes) is a good breakfast choice. The flat bread is delicious, crispy, and very rich. The staff are helpful explaining what things are and Google helps too if you aren't familiar with Turkish cuisine. There are some great video of food being prepared but no names, so you don't know what to order. The service is friendly but can slow down when they get busy. They have to figure out how to deal with the tables near the front door in winter, as it get cold everytime the door opens. A vestibule of screen would help to limit the direct drafts. Maybe a door air curtain.

My first time having breakfast here! I went on a weekday around 9:30 a.m., so it was nice and quiet. The atmosphere and service were wonderful. We ordered the Breakfast for Two( Serpme Kahvaltı $74.99) — plenty of food, and everything was fresh, warm, and delicious. The only downside was a light oil/fried food smell that stuck to our clothes after we left. Other than that, everything was great! I’ll definitely come again.

Has breakfast here and food quality was great. The place is very clean and neat and the waiter was nice and friendly. They also offer a complementary tea which is great. I do recommend Meryem Hanims food!
