What diners say
Reviews via GoogleWe had never tried Turkish cuisine before, so we decided to try something new and came across this place and we’re so glad we did. We arrived close to closing time, but despite that, the staff still chose to accommodate us. They politely informed us that the kitchen would be closing soon and asked us to place our final order, but at no point did they rush us to order or finish eating. The customer service was genuinely amazing and made the entire experience even better. We ordered the dip platter, chicken platter, lamb shank, fettuccine pasta, and the cheese & spinach pide. Everything tasted fresh, flavorful, and well made. The lamb shank was especially tender, and the pide was absolutely delicious. You could really tell that quality and hospitality matter here. The atmosphere was warm, the staff was welcoming, and the food exceeded our expectations. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely come back again. I highly recommend everyone to give this place a try, especially if you want to experience Turkish cuisine for the first time.
The best part of this restaurant is the ambiance and decor. The restaurant is well decorated and designed and kept quite clean. The service was also okay. Had quick moments and then slow moments. The food personally was a big miss for us. We ordered the sujuk pide, chicken adana, Iskendar Kebab and frozen pineapple passion drink. Pide: The pide lacked any flavour and there was not enough sujuk. Iskender Kebab: Least favourite of the night. The tomatoes that were used seem to be quite acidic which took away from the meat and its flavour. Adana Plate: The chicken adana was better than the regular adana (our waiter was kind enough to allow us to order a mix), bulgur was quite soft but I would have liked a slight bit more flavour. Pineapple Passion drink: Its a fruit slushie, so yes, it was nice. Overall food was a 2/5 for me. Many other Turkish places are preferable over this one. Will not be a repeat customer.
Food was honestly the highlight here. Everything hit the table fast, especially the apps, which I wasn’t expecting. The meats were done right across the board. Nothing dry, even the chicken kebabs, which is usually where places mess up. Lamb chops came out medium rare and nailed it. The space itself feels warm and family-oriented. Nothing over the top, just comfortable and easy to settle into. They’ve also set up a few spots for photos, which is a nice touch if you’re into that. Service is where things slipped a bit. I had to ask more than once just to get a glass of water, and it didn’t show up until all the food was already on the table. Not a dealbreaker, but noticeable. If you care more about the food than the service, this place delivers.
Food was delicious, everything we ordered was perfect. We were there on a Saturday night, it was very busy; however, service was great. Emir was very attentive even taught me how to make Turkish tea! We will definitely be back again. Also the decor is beautiful and the restaurant is kept clean and well maintained.
Food 5* Vibe 4* Service 1* Great food, bad service. We were a party of 12 people. We spent over $1100 for the dinner to put things into perspective. So after we were seated, not a single server came to us for almost 15 minutes. I had to walk to ask the front door person to place our drink orders. The tables had buttons to call servers. We pressed them all multiple times and not a single person came. Why have them if the servers dont use them? Then when it was time to order food i had toget up and track down a server again to come to our table. This was ongoing throughout our night. Not once were we asked about how was the food or if we needed anything else. Food was delicious but wow the service was horrendous. NOT worth it it large parties at all.
