I stopped by Mado Yorkdale , and it was a fantastic experience. I enjoyed their mixed baklava, warm kunefe, and crisp simit. The beef doner wrap was flavorful, and the homemade rolled borek was a cheesy delight. The lahmacun, Absolutely amazing. Zeynep, my server, was friendly and attentive. The ambiance was cozy, tastefully decorated, with soothing music. The owner was present, and you could feel their care. Turkish coffee, tea, and ice cream made the perfect finish. I’ll definitely be back!

Despite the snowstorm staff was pleasant and friendly. We had an amazing Iftar and the food was 100/10. Portions are generous and high quality. I can’t wait to come back, I ordered the Chicken Parmesan and my family members enjoyed different menu items. They gave us complimentary lentil soup for today which we enjoyed and their black tea is very refreshing.l look forward to returning

Absolutely horrible food quality and unacceptable service. We dined here for dinner and dessert and our waitress was rude, the prices were high, the food quality was below average and service was non existent. For a Saturday night, although there were many workers our tables were never cleared. The food quality was also bad. The Beyti kabab came on a cold plate. As someone who loves Turkish food, I’ve never once had beyti on a cold plate, it always comes on a warm plate or straight out of the oven with butter. The desserts also lacked flavour and were not fresh. The san sebastian cheesecake should have fresh warm chocolate on it. The cheese in the cake was melting and the chocolate was stale. The Kadaif was supposed to have kaymak in it but it was cheese instead and very minimal amount. For the prices they are charging, and given there are so many Turkish options in this area, we would not recommend this place. Avoid!!!!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We came here to try the Iskender and it was absolutely delicious. The Turkish food tastes just like in Turkey—the chef really knows what he’s doing. The restaurant has a new owner and he was very kind and welcoming. The place feels much better than before. If you’ve never tried Turkish food, I highly recommend starting here. Warm atmosphere and perfect for families.

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The restaurant is very clean, and the staff are friendly, welcoming, and provide excellent customer service. The food is delicious, with generous portions at very reasonable prices. They serve great breakfast, lunch, and dinner, making it a perfect place to visit any time of the day. I especially want to thank Zeynep for her outstanding service. She is kind, attentive, and always makes customers feel welcome. Her excellent service made our visit even more enjoyable.If you’re looking for quality food, a clean environment, and affordable prices, I highly recommend this restaurant. I will definitely be coming back and recommending it to my family and friends.
