I’ve visited Mabelle Baklava four times now, and every visit has been wonderful. Their simit and pastries are amazing, and there’s a very kind lady who works there — she’s always friendly, welcoming, and enjoys chatting with customers. My absolute favorite is the cold baklava; it’s truly delicious. Honestly, this might be the best place in Canada for authentic baklava — you won’t find this taste anywhere else!

I bought baklava from this place, and unfortunately while I was eating, I found a small stone inside one of the pieces. This was very disappointing and concerning, as it could have caused injury. The taste was good, but food safety is extremely important, and this experience affected my trust. I hope more care will be taken in preparation and quality control in the future.

Great place to get the best baklava and kadayif in GTA. I also liked their white flour cookies. Highly recommend.

Even though I live nearby, today was my first time trying this place. I got a simit and a spinach pastry — it was amazing! Tastes exactly like when I was in Istanbul. The service was very nice too. From now on, I’ll be coming more often.
