What diners say
Reviews via GoogleI’ve been going to Turkish restaurants across the U.S. and Canada for years, and I can confidently say this was one of the best experiences I’ve had. The food was incredibly authentic and delicious. Portions were generous and truly filling, easy to pack up leftovers. The space is beautiful, with warm lighting, tasteful décor, and authentic Turkish music playing in the background. The staff were kind, welcoming, and attentive. Unlimited tea after the meal was a lovely touch. The atmosphere is warm and relaxed, they don’t rush you out, stay open late, and you can comfortably sit and enjoy the space until midnight. I was very satisfied and will definitely be coming back.
It was my first time visiting this Turkish restaurant with my friend. The place was smaller than we expected, but cozy. A young man welcomed us warmly, and his service was great. We ordered the Beyti, which was absolutely delicious – highly recommended for Turkish food lovers! Afterwards, we enjoyed Turkish coffee and a dessert, beautifully served in charming cups. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’ll definitely come back And the best part: Halil Ibrahim is the chef of the restaurant who is a successful young man, a professional chef with very good manners. He greets you, welcomes you warmly as a guest, and with a happy face, he makes this delicious meal an even more enjoyable experience for you! I appreciate you Mr Halil 🥰
I want to write this review, maybe it will be useful for those who want to go to this restaurant. We went to this restaurant with my family for dinner on a weekend at around 8:30 pm on Saturday night. There were two waitresses who were constantly talking to each other and were not paying attention to the customers. We ordered lamb rib kebab and Adana kebab and the rib kebab was a little undercooked and a little raw inside, which was not very unpleasant, and the quality of the food and its taste were good. The music was constantly interrupted and we had to remind them to play the music again. The bathroom was not clean at all and there were paper towels everywhere on the floor and it was clear that they did not inspect or visit at all. After dinner, we asked for dessert and from the menu that had 8 types of desserts, they said that they only had two of them, which was still surprising. If the menu is incomplete on Saturday night during the weekend, then what about the rest of the days? I think except for the main course, the taste of the rest of the dishes was not good and we will not go again.
Indeed a gem in a busy intersection. Food was good. However, they were out of doner meat by 8pm on a Saturday night. Also quite disappointing is that they don’t serve tap water and only offer bottled water. The servers were nice and friendly, but a bit inattentive. We had to remind them of our missing orders a couple of time. But yes, the food was good.
I had heard many great things about this restaurant and was really excited to try it for myself. The complimentary appetizers they served at the beginning were actually very impressive — fresh, flavorful, and a great start to the meal. However, the main course didn’t quite meet my expectations. It was fairly average — more comparable to what you might find at a casual kebab spot rather than a restaurant with this style of presentation and pricing. Considering the cost of the dishes, I didn’t feel the quality justified the price. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience at all. I may have gone in with very high expectations, which influenced my impression. The appetizers were definitely the highlight — delicious, interesting, and a thoughtful complimentary touch.
