If you’re looking for authentic Turkish cuisine in Mississauga, Istanbul Kebab House is a must-visit. I went with a friend, and the experience lived up to the hype I’d heard from locals. We started with the Lentil Soup, which was delicious, especially when you dip their fresh Turkish bread into it to soak up all the flavor. I’m not a big fan of lamb so I decided on the Veal Shish for my main. It was excellent, incredibly tender, and the portions of rice and salad were very generous. To finish, they offered us complimentary Turkish tea, which was a lovely touch. We also tried the Tres Leches Cake, and I’m not exaggerating when I say it was one of the best I’ve ever had in my life! It’s easy to see why this is a neighborhood favorite.

A lovely restaurant suitable for families. Their soup (lamb's head soup) is especially clean and delicious. Their kebabs and döner are very well-suited to Turkish tastes. If you haven't been there before, it's worth a try. I'd also like to thank Burcak and Muhammed for serving us such delicious food.

One of my favourite Turkish spots in the GTA! I first tried IKH when they opened and instantly knew this was different than others. The flavours are so fresh and you can tell everything is made with love! The staff is so friendly and they ensure that you are happy with your meal. We got the dips, the lentil soup, doner sandwich, honestly I can say I enjoyed everything on this menu because I’ve tried it all over the years lol. The portions are also so large! Just trust me and go here 🥰

One of the best dining experiences! Istanbul Turkish Restaurant at Dixie & Dundas serves delicious, authentic Halal Turkish food with rich flavors and generous portions. Everything was fresh and perfectly cooked. The restaurant is clean, welcoming, and perfect for family dining with a warm ambiance. The customer service is excellent—friendly, welcoming, and attentive. Highly recommend, and will definitely be back!
