Very frustrating to have to give a 1 star review. I have been here 4 times. I enjoy the food, presentation and atmosphere but the service is atrocious! I have to beg for everything. Water, napkins, sauces, bread and especially the bill. I have waited up to 45 minutes for the bill at this restaurant. Its ridiculous to not have your waiter actually check in and see how you are doing! Nayef is great, I've been thinking to actually just request him as my server. Otherwise the managers and other servers are terrible and need a big lesson on customer service. I will return because I like the food and the atmosphere but man do I hate the service at this place. There are several reviews saying the same thing and I really hope this restaurant learns to do better so I dont have to be embarrassed to invite others here.

Absolutely one of the worst experiences EVER!! Poor service, we had to ask for every single thing water, salt , napkins, plates, utensils and everything else. Nothing was on the table and nothing was brought without us asking for it numerous times. The service was horrible, they didn’t even come to the table whatsoever until I got up and went looking for a server. Food took over an hour. When it arrived beef was dry and overcooked. Chicken was literally boiled and no flavour at all. They didn’t get a single thing right. On top of that it was overpriced. Never returning, don’t recommend this place at all.
