I'm giving a 5-star review for the Balkan-style Turkish bakery. The interior is charming, and their products and service are excellent. I tried turkish coffee, spinach gösleme and traditional lokum. All food was fresh and delicious. I highly recommend this place to visit at least once.

I came here because I love börek, burek, all the same and I have to say, it is the best I've had in the city. I absolutely am in love with this bakery. Today is Mother's Day and my mother was Yugoslavian. She raised me Yugoslav and I came here after visiting her. This bakery is BalkanStyle Turkish Bakery and I have to say, I'm in tears right now after having their börek/burek. A food staple of Yugoslavia. Mama would've loved the food here. I ate every bite, thinking of Mama and my heart, I felt so filled with joy. The deliciousness of the börek/burek was out of this world, it had just come out of the oven 😊 wow – I loved it 5/5 x1000. Not an exaggeration, just take a peak at the photo. Food Meat börek/burek Absolutely delicious. So fresh, even when I came very close to closing. Wow, I'm in shock. They have different styles: börek/burek, wedge (Serbian style) and also, spiral/snail shape (Bosnian style). Flaky, chewy, meat, juicy – so delicious! Şekerpare Mama also loved these. It's very similar to the Haci Makule. I loved it 5/5. Service I have to say, I went in and saw they had börek, and I was like, oh börek, burek, all the same, and Noor came out. I said this to them because Mama raised me Yugoslav, and they heard me say Yugoslav. Noor is from Yugoslavia too. I almost died from how sweet this woman is. She reminds so much of Mama. Noor made my heart melt and brought the fresh spiral börek/burek from the oven, and it was just so heartwarming. I greet her the way I would greet Mama or anyone from our blood and soil. She is such a heartwarming and lovely soul. Atmosphere If you visit this bakery, you'll be met by a warm, welcoming, and lovely family. It brings me back so many memories, I've fallen in love with this place. Upcoming, they will be showing the Bosnia vs Canada FIFA game on June 12. I'll definitely come back for more treats and to say hello to beautiful, lovely, kind soul Noor, again. 5/5 With that said, with all my heart, thank you, Noor. I wish you the happiest Mother's Day, from one yugoslav to another.

Came here for the first time today and the older lady was very welcoming and kind. She explained what each dessert item was and offered us free tea, which we appreciated. Although I would recommend putting up prices for each item, so there is more clarity for customers. The baklava is $4.49 and boureka twist is $10.49 before tax. The bakery was very cozy and clean. I would support this small family business and come back. They also are on Too Good to Go but I have not tried that yet.
