What diners say
Reviews via GoogleA but of an eclectic place, mostly fast food setup. But both the chicken shawarma and the beef tenderloin tasted great and delicious. The simple rice (side dish) and the fries tasted along well as well as the salad. I would go back and next time I will order the large plate. The service/ the girl serving was beyond amazing. Pleasant and nice.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a great experience at Amor. The food was delicious, fresh, and full of flavour. Everything came out hot and well prepared. A special thank you to Yalcin, who served us and was incredibly friendly and attentive. He made us feel very welcome and really added to the experience. Definitely recommend if you’re in the mood for good kebabs and great service. We’ll be back!
My orders: - a chicken doner wrap: It was decent and the portion was great, however pricy. I paid 11.22$ for it. - Lahmacun: different than what I had eaten before, but I liked their version. The portion was small.
So the quantity has been reduced. For large doner with rice they have changed the boxes. Anyway not worth 23CAD anymore. The salad used to be in a different box. Even that is now served together in a much smaller box. Total rip off. The place used to be worth it not anymore. Also take a look at the quantity of hot sauce.
Came for Sunday lunch with a large group (~14). You order and pay at the counter and they bring your meal to you. Service was friendly but they're a small operation (only two people working when we went), so it took quite some time to order and for food to come out. Their ordering system didn't seem the most intuitive which led to some confusion/disorganization over our orders. They were apologetic and brought out some complimentary fries though, which was a nice gesture. That said, food is pretty decent! I got the adana kebab with garden salad and bulgur pilaf. The kebab was juicy and well-seasoned, and portions are quite big overall. However, not a place that I'm eager to rush back to. 3.5/5
