I ordered the keto box and paid $17.99 before tax, plus an extra $3 for chicken. Instead of the keto box I ordered, I received this. It looked nothing like what was advertised and was covered in excessive sauce and oil. I didn’t eat a single bite because it wasn’t the meal I ordered. Spending over $20 and receiving the wrong food is extremely disappointing. I expected much better service and accuracy. I hope the restaurant improves its quality control and makes this right.

Ingredients were there, meat well cooked, sauces also made the content juicy and flavorful. Pita was fresh. Wrap was not dripping at all and was well filled. You can't go wrong with a $9.99 wrap! Kudos guys! Keep it up!

Had a great experience at Osmow’s Shawarma. The staff was genuinely helpful, patient, and professional from start to finish. They took the time to explain options, made thoughtful suggestions, and really cared about making sure we were happy with our order. What stood out most was how supportive they were in helping us get the best value for our money without rushing us. Warm service, good energy, and food that hits the spot. Definitely a place I’m happy to recommend and return to.

Not gonna lie… they went heavy on the sauce 😂 but the crazy part is it still worked. Chicken was juicy, portions were solid, and the flavor actually hit — not just sauce covering everything up. Even after I got home and watched The Pitt, it was still warm, which says a lot about how well it holds up. From a fitness perspective — meals like this can easily fit into fat loss or muscle gain depending on how you approach it. High protein from the chicken, carbs for energy… just be mindful of sauces since that’s where calories sneak in. I’d probably go lighter next time, but overall this is a spot you can enjoy without throwing off your goals. If you know how to balance your meals, you can eat like this and still progress.

Worst experience ever for this location. Not sure what kind of staff the owner has hired may be to save the cost. Their staff properly knows how to save money on not giving a single drop of sauce extra on top, and if little extra is asked(as per staff) then they charge $2 for that and then forget to put sauce in bag, now who will go back to store to pick up the sauce for what they charged but never put in bag. Worst store of Osmows location. Please check the quality of lettuce and vegetables they put, also the quality of chicken( full of oil) its all kind of garbage plus please check your bags thoroughly if all items are being put in bag correctly. Paid $23 for 1 shawrma and still no sauce given for the price they charged extra($2). Never going back to this shitty store again.
