Very poor service. Chicken was burnt. I asked worker to please not give me the burned pieces she said okay and how she is just cutting it off to get to fresh chicken. As she made my plate she tried to put the burnt chicken on my plate. She asked about what salad I told her and she kept forgetting the tomatoes and cucumbers. Had to correct 3 times. Per plate supposed to get bread, I ordered 3 plates and only got 2 bread. I asked about it and she told me I got extra anyway because they only give half bread to people. I said that’s not what your sign says. She asked if I wanted to buy another bread I said forget it then. She said okay this time I will give you. $65 for burned chicken and half of the veggies were frozen before because they were mush like. If you ever froze veggies before then you understand, especially the onion. NEVER going back to this location. So disappointed! I hope the owner reads this! Do better Zagros!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely fantastic food. I had the chicken shish plate and it was incredible — perfectly cooked, flavourful, and fresh. On top of that, she kindly made these Afghan-style fried potatoes for us to try and they were unreal. Honestly, they should be added to the menu. If you’re craving shawarma, this place is a must-try. Highly recommend and will definitely be back.

II ordered a beef wrap from Mr. Zagros today and it was unacceptable. The bread was stale and falling apart, and the beef had a terrible smell that made it inedible. This is not just bad quality — it’s a health risk. Serving food in this condition is dangerous and shows zero respect for customers. The only positive part was the lady who took my order, she was kind and helpful. But with food like this, I will never order again and I strongly warn others to be careful.
