First time we went there. Excellent customer service from Kuzey! He accommodated us by giving us half and half helva walnut and pistachios which was fresh and delicious! Then we had the cappuccino and instead of 1 big cup, he halved it into 2 smaller cups and it had a distinct coffee taste plus very hot as requested! He recommended the vanilla ice cream made with goat milk and it was amazing! Never melted even after eating it for more than 15 mins! Chewy and delicious! We got the pistachio cheesecake home and it came with chocolate sauce - we enjoyed it very much! The high ratings for this place very well justified!

Dubai chocolate helvaci (WORTH IT) + milk baklava( worth it) +kinder latte ( worth it) WOWOWOWOWOW!! Definitely worth the money and visit. The dubai chocolate helvaci with ice cream was out of this world. Never tried it before and honestly I could eat 10 of those in one sitting. They were so good. The milk baklava you get 4 pieces and oh man, absolutely delicious. Kinder latte didn't tadte like kinder eggs but it was great nonetheless. Just make sure to stir it before drinking. Highly recommend this spot for desserts.

This was my first time visiting this café, and I wasn’t sure what to order. Fortunately, Nisa was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. She took the time to recommend a dessert and helped me choose something I really enjoyed. Her excellent customer service made my experience very pleasant and welcoming. I truly appreciate her assistance and the effort she put into ensuring I was completely satisfied. Thank you, Nisa, for making my visit such a great one. I will definitely be coming back!!

Nice little spot to grab dessert after eating at any of the other restaurants in the plaza. They have a good selection of Turkish goodies and some really nice hot and cold drinks as well. Staff were friendly and great at explaining the menu items if you didn't understand what they were.

The overall atmosphere and decoration were appealing, but the food quality did not meet expectations. The helva had a noticeable smell and taste of canola or low-quality oil rather than butter, which significantly affected the flavor. We also ordered katmer and künefe; both were overly doughy (i.e., undercooked and lacking proper texture). While the ambiance is well-designed, the kitchen execution needs improvement. The establishment should focus on ingredient quality and proper preparation to align the food experience with the setting.
