We had such a wonderful experience here! We walked in with a group of 11 people and no reservation, fully expecting to wait. but the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. They quickly arranged a table and made us feel so welcome.The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, and full of authentic flavor. Everything came out hot and perfectly prepared. The service was attentive, kind, and patient with our large group.We truly appreciate your hospitality. Highly recommended

It's my first time here. This place is wonderful and delicious authentic food. We have a birthday party here and everyone enjoyed it very much. The server is "Dilber" if wonderful and superf friendly. Love the desert and tea and appetizers from the house special and bonus with flower 🌹 for each of us too. Amazing!! 😍🤩🥳🌹💃

It was our first time at the Heaven Turkish Cuisine restaurant and the experience was truly amazing. The food, ambience, staff, and overall vibe is top notch. Dilber was very friendly and an excellent staff. We visited on Women’s Day and were given a beautiful rose that was such a wonderful gesture by them. We ordered Chef’s special and Lahmacun Pide along with Turkish coffee. Everything was worth it. Will definitely visit again.

I found this restaurant by searching on Google Maps, checked the rating, and decided to try it. Well, I liked the location; it is not on the street, so cars are not passing by, and street noise is minimal. There were so many tables and chairs and people were able to sit far from each other and be comfortable. The staff were polite and fast! I liked the way it was, I mean there were not so many disruptions every minute by a staff member asking about the food quality and anything that we needed! They asked once and at the right time! Food quality was also great, we ordered mixed doner and doner kebab which were perfect (although I liked it more if it was a little more in size) before the main meal they brought something like appetizers and it was on the restaurant and it was very delicious! After we finished we ordered tea and Baghlava it which specifically was perfect! I recommend it to anybody who likes to drink tea after a meal! Fantastic experience

Best Turkish restaurant in the GTA. Been to this place several times over the last year with various groups of friends and have always been impressed by their consistency in both food and service. Generous portion sizes and fair prices. Complimentary tea after your meal. It's basically a hidden gem as it's basically located beneath a Condo and not super noticeable. The couple times I've been it's always had a crowd but there's never a lineup. If you're into Turkish/Mediterranean cuisine it's a must try - the 5.0 rating is not a fluke.
